Terms of service

1. The service
FastVision AI provides self-hosted OCR and Text-to-Speech software, a hosted dashboard, and related APIs. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe; quotas are defined on the pricing page and reset each calendar month.
2. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and API keys. Keys carry the fv_live_ prefix and are shown once at creation — treat them as secrets. You must notify us promptly of any suspected compromise.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to process content you have no right to process, to violate applicable law, or to attempt to disrupt the service for others. Rate limits and quotas are enforced technically; deliberate circumvention is a breach of these terms.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to documents you process and audio you generate. On self-hosted deployments we never receive your content. On the hosted service, we process content solely to provide the service and never use it to train models.
5. Availability & support
We target high availability for the hosted service but, outside an Enterprise SLA, the service is provided as-is. Enterprise agreements include a contractual 99.9% uptime SLA and named support.
6. Termination
You can cancel at any time; paid plans remain active until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend accounts for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice for material changes, posted on this page and emailed to account holders. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
