Privacy policy

The short version

FastVision AI is self-hosted software. Your documents, audio, and extraction results are processed on infrastructure you operate. We have no technical ability to access them, and this policy cannot change that fact.

What we collect on this website

When you create an account on our hosted dashboard we store your email address, name, hashed password, and billing details (payment data is handled by Stripe and never touches our servers).

We keep operational logs — API request metadata such as endpoint, status code and latency — to run the service, enforce rate limits and debug incidents. Request logs never include document content or audio.

What we never collect

Documents you process, text extracted from them, audio you synthesize, or any content-derived telemetry. Self-hosted deployments send no usage data back to us at all — there is no phone-home.

Data retention & deletion

Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Uploaded files on the hosted service have configurable expiry, and temporary files are removed automatically after 24 hours.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account data at any time from the dashboard, or by emailing support@fastvision.ai. EU/EEA users have the full set of GDPR rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection.
